Here's a quick list of what to eat to improve your mood!

In order to feel:

Calm, Upbeat, or Sleepy
Eat 100% Carbohydrate meal

Focused
Eat a lot of Protein and some Carbohydrates

Happy
Eat Omega 3-fatty acids (salmon, sardines, trout, herring, flax seed oil, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts.)
